This place is amazing! I got all I need and all my discounts! The employees were fantastic and very helpful with all my questions. All these past people who posted here have no idea what they are talking about. Maybe; don't be rude in the first place.

They're having a good sale right now especially on comforters! I bought a pretty light blue alternative down comforter for just under 30$!! And they're having a sale 75 percent off on some name brand clothing like Columbia and Adidas. Right now.

I love the clothing here. The men's selection for golf/resort casual is probably one of the bigger varieties I've found. Up north Kohls is a comparable type of store, but belk has 4-5x as much variety. I found shorts I like for summer with 8 different colors and 30+ shirts to match. Nice staff mostly too.

The sales lady was very nice to get my credit card account number for me. I had left my card at home. I got some good deals on merchandise. The store wasn't terribly busy with customers for a Saturday afternoon.

My wife and I were doing some shopping at this location to get me some shorts. We didn’t realize that they closed at 8 and we’ve bother worked in retail and know how some employees feel about people coming in close to closing time. Not EDITH! Edith was so kind and so genuine. We didn’t feel rushed at all. She was even so kind to walk us out. It’s almost time for Halloween, but Edith made it feel like Christmas. Thanks Edith!

Staff is always nice to chat with and helpful to find solutions. Store is a little on the older side but still gets the job done. Only took 10 minutes to complete a return on “Black Friday” from the time stepping in line with three groups of people in front of me. Very quick and Edith W should be considered a Belk national treasure with how cheerful and entertaining to talk with while being assisted.

The employees at this Belk are very nice and helpful. This store is clean and organized even though they carry alot of merchandise. They had some decent sales today and quite a bit of clearance items if you are looking for a bargain. This is a good location with easy parking. Much better than the larger malls.

This Belk store has always been neat, clean and the employees that I've met have always been very friendly and welcoming. Amazing customer service at the Clinique counter & special shout out to Karen!! There was a 6 piece set that due to my work schedule I kept missing out on. Karen took my number, called me as soon as it came in and had my kit waiting for me. So thankful to shop at a store where customers are valued & appreciated.

We visited multiple BELKS this afternoon and had a hard time finding help at the other locations. When we visited the Alcoa location, Melissa 0 was so helpful and graciously went out of her way to help find multiple items in multiple different sizes. In today’s day and age, customer service is such a lost art. In a store as big as Belk’s, it’s imperative to be assisted to find what you need. What a great experience!
